Following a verbal agreement, a contract will be issued stating the responsibilities of both parties. Before work can begin, this document must be signed and returned to Lost Marble. Exceptions are made when working via third parties such as freelancer websites.

During or shortly after the videoing/editing process, an invoice for filming, editing & expenses may be issued. This invoice must be processed and cleared before production can begin.

Lost Marble will not use the footage captured/received without the express permission of the customer.

Unless otherwise requested and arranged, raw DV footage will be stored no longer than 6 months. After this time, only backups may be requested (most likely in wmv format).

Once an invoice has been issued, the customer will have 1 month to pay in full. After this date an overdue payment warning will be sent via email. If payment is not received after 6 weeks, a new invoice will be produced with a 5% late fee added to the cost. 5% of the original fee will be added every week thereafter until the bill is paid in full. If payment is not received after 90 days, Lost Marble will seek legal action to recover the debt.
Revisions: We take full responsibility for mistakes such as typos, misplaced graphics etc. We do not charge for these alterations. However, once a work load has been negotiated and agreed to, any work added will be charged proportionately or relative to our price list page.
